Our Story
Our Beginnings
The TalentsHotels adventure began in 2018, when our founders Elisabeth Stüssi and Christophe Dumont made a simple but crucial observation: recruitment in luxury hospitality did not sufficiently value passion and interpersonal skills, which are essential in this sector of excellence.
From this observation was born an ambition: to create a platform dedicated to luxury hospitality, where talented individuals and exceptional establishments could meet in an environment that deeply understands the challenges of the industry.
Our Evolution
Over the years, we have established ourselves as a reference partner for hospitality recruitment in France. Our team has grown, welcoming experts from the most prestigious establishments, all sharing the same vision of excellence.
In 2020, facing unprecedented challenges in the industry, we accelerated our digital transformation while preserving what makes our DNA: a personalized approach, a deep understanding of each establishment's needs, and the valorization of soft skills and candidates' passion.
