Assessing the finalists
From sorting applications to the recruitment summary, everything included. For positions that matter, each finalist is set against the position you have described: you decide on what the position requires, not on an impression formed in interview.

Before you choose
What does “no commitment” mean?
No minimum term, and nothing to cancel by post. Each advert stays online for thirty days. Illimité is paid monthly and stops when you decide.
From how many listings does Illimité become more advantageous?
From four listings published within the month. Up to three, paying per listing costs less.
How many candidates take the assessment?
Every finalist selected after the CV sorting, however many there are. The recruitment summary then presents the three best.
What does the candidate receive?
Each finalist receives a description of their dominant talents, which they may put forward later in their career.
